We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing Time
0-1 business day - Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 0-1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time
3-10 business days - Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.
Total Delivery Time
Approximately 3-11 business days from the time you place your order to delivery at your doorstep.

Order Tracking
How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number.
Step 2: Click the tracking link in the email, or visit www.fedex.com and enter your tracking number.
Step 3: Monitor your package's journey in real-time until it reaches your door.
You can also track your order status by logging into your Camera Avenue account.
Packaging & Handling
Your camera equipment is valuable, and we treat it that way:
- π¦ All products are shipped in their original factory-sealed boxes
- π‘οΈ Additional protective packaging materials are used to prevent damage
- π Each package is carefully inspected before shipping
- π Packages are sealed and secured for safe transit
- π Full insurance coverage on all shipments
International Shipping & Customs
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are:
- β NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs
- β The responsibility of the recipient (you)
- β Determined by your country's customs regulations
- β Payable directly to the customs authority or courier upon delivery
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges before placing your order.
Customs Clearance
All international shipments must clear customs in the destination country. This process typically takes 1-3 business days but can occasionally take longer. We have no control over customs processing times.
Customs Documentation
We provide all necessary customs documentation including:
- Commercial invoice
- Product descriptions
- HS codes (Harmonized System codes)
- Country of origin information
Delivery Requirements
Signature Required
Due to the high value of camera equipment, FedEx requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or you can arrange to pick it up from a FedEx location.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to the 6 countries listed above
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for high-value items
- Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not currently supported
What If There's a Problem?
Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact FedEx customer service for carrier-related delays
- Contact us at aradhevx@gmail.com if you need assistance
Lost Packages
If FedEx tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact FedEx to confirm delivery details
- Contact us within 48 hours at aradhevx@gmail.com
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do NOT discard the packaging materials
- Take photos of the damage (box and contents)
- Contact FedEx immediately to file a damage claim
- Contact us at aradhevx@gmail.com with photos and your order number
All shipments are fully insured, and we'll work with you to resolve any issues.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding Indian public holidays). Shipping times refer to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
